THE OPTION "flight included" INCLUDES:

• Transcontinental flights Barcelona / Kathmandu / Barcelona and transfer to the Hotel.
• Domestic Flight Lukla/Manthali and trasfer to the Hotel.
• 4 nights hotel in Kathmandu 4 * (according to local tourist category) with breakfast, double occupancy.
• 1 Night accommodation in mountain lodge with dinner before coming back to Kathmandu.Not beverages included.

THE OPTION "without flight" INCLUDES:

• The same concepts above, but without the transcontinental flights and transfers aeroport/hotel/aeroport.

Likewise, runners who choose this "no flight" option must know that any incident that occurs with respect to the flight itself, such as effects on it, resulting from weather, delays, cancellations, or in short, any cause beyond the organization, will be in charge of the participant.

DISCOUNTS

PAYMENT POLICY 

For make effective the registration, it must fulfill the following requirements:

Once completed and submitted the registration form online, there will be a maximum of one week to make the first payment 850 €**, if you choose the split option, or the total registration amount if you choose full payment option: 

FULL PAYMENT OPTION:  full payment + extras, at the registration moment or after a few days with a maximum of a week.

SPLIT PAYMENT OPTION:  

• Initial payment: 850 € + amount of insurances choosen.
• Last payment on 15th August, until to complet the total amount. 

Once payment is made, send a copy of the payment receipt to the bank by e-mail to: (Necessites javascript per veure aquest correu-e) , indicating the participant's name and EVEREST TRAIL RACE.

To the amounts mentioned above, must be added the extras hired (insurance, single room ...) . The amount of Insurances should be included in the first payment.

The participant's entry will be considered closed until the payment has been made in full (and extras registration fee amount, if applicable) and the required documents have been submitted, as requested by in the relevant section of the registration process.

The PVP of the registration will be determined by the date on which the first payment is made.

**In the event of a request to transfer the registration, it can only be requested until August 1 of the current edition. In this case, by transferring the registration and not applying the corresponding cancellation conditions, it is noted that if the participation is canceled again at any time, none of the amounts delivered can be recovered. Registration can only be transferred once.When transferring, the PVP of the registration it will be that of the edition to participate.
